We run weekly webinars to demonstrate how ArbMaker works. These are top-level rather than detailed sessions and answer many queries live that would otherwise be dealt with relatively slowly and inefficiently by email to and fros.
Every participant who wants to take the software on trial for 30 days free of charge is sent instructions after the sessions on how to download the latest available version. This process is run through our secure order system and does require the input of a payment method. But there is never a charge during the trial period and users may cancel at any time they wish.
