- License fees for the ArbMaker do not cover access to subscription data feed services.
- The licensed software may be used on one computer at a time. The software ‘checks in’ with our license server at start-up to confirm it is running on an authorised computer and in accordance with the License Agreement (absolutely no other user data is examined or transmitted)
- License fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
- Upgrades and maintenance fees are included in subscriber plans
- Fees and charges are non-refundable
